debichem-modelling software package provides DebiChem 3D Molecular Modelling and Visualization, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debichem-modelling
debichem-modelling is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debichem-modelling package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debichem-modelling *
You will get with debichem-modelling package name, version, architecture and description in a table
